PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING – COMMERCIAL PHASE – FEED

Grid Code compliance assessment for each country, as well as adherence to IEC regulations and applicable IEEE standards.

BASIC ENGINEERING
We develop basic engineering documentation for the subsequent stages of the project, including:

DETAILED ENGINEERING
We generate project deliverables required for procurement and execution, ensuring technical accuracy and constructability:

Electrical deliverables:
Studies: load flow studies, short-circuit studies (IEC 60909), motor starting studies, protection studies, and coordination in accordance with IEEE 242.
Calculations: transformer sizing under IEC 60076, generator circuit breaker definition according to IEEE/IEC 62271-37-013, as well as main equipment sizing, cable and switchgear calculations, routing, and cable tray dimensioning.
Drawings & Schematics: manufacturing panel schematics, interconnection diagrams, site installation drawings, wiring schedules, and construction layouts.
Instrumentation & Control deliverables:
Development of electrical monitoring and control systems under IEC 61850.
Network control architecture, communication wiring diagrams, and network layouts.
Cable execution spreadsheets.
Signal lists.
Controller programming.
Mechanical & Civil support: Foundation and structural calculations, as well as construction drawings to support the electrical design scope.
MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING
We develop specialized engineering for the manufacturing and integration of electrical systems:
Design and preparation of manufacturing drawings for LV/MV switchgear and electrical panels in compliance with IEC 61439, including wiring schemes and production breakdown.
Design and construction drawings for modular E-House solutions, including equipment layout and interconnection schemes, ensuring the most technically and economically efficient configuration.
Manufacturing supervision and development of FAT & SAT procedures according to reference standards.
